I have been to Libertyville Longevity a few times already and I absolutely adore it. Every time I do the full contrast therapy, I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s clean, staff are welcoming, services/equipment are top tier.
I walked in 3 min before my appointment at 7am. Door unlocked, no one in front or anywhere to find. Waited till 7:17am. Still no one. I left at around 7:20am. Waste of my time.
I had a really great experience and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the service/product was excellent, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s clear that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something reliable and high quality. I’ll absolutely be coming back again in the future!

First time visit to LLLC this morning and I am impressed! The space is welcoming, neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. I felt very comfortable and calm while there. I did sauna and cold plunge and very much enjoyed the experience. Their monthly memberships are a bit steep for me, so I purchased the 8x packages. Looking forward to enjoying more sessions!
My wife and I have done several contrast sessions consisting of the infrared sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my long COVID symptoms I have been dealing with, especially body aches and brain fog. My wife agrees.

This spa is just beautiful ! I walked in here and felt so relaxed and peaceful, the smell the atmosphere and staff. Beautifully decorated and organized. I was really amazed by the Hyperbaric oxygen chamber! It’s nice to know that these things can actually help with my chrons . I look forward to my future appointment and actually giving it a try next!
The girls here are so great, the services are great, it’s clean & the ambiance is very relaxing. 10/10 recommend.
